Max-Moto aims to process orders on the day payment is taken.

Delivery times may vary dependent on product, manufacturer & availability.

Product delivery information is detailed on the specific product purchase page.

Delivery times are shown in good faith & could be subject to change dependent on unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified via e-mail revising delivery date should a problem arise.

Product listed prices for most mainland UK postcodes are ‘inclusive of delivery’ this does not constitute ‘free delivery’.

A surcharge may be applicable in the rare event of; non-delivered returns, re-deliveries, change of order once despatched & change of delivery address once dispatched.

It is the customers’ responsibility to apply the correct postcode zone delivery surcharge at checkout.

Max-Moto cannot accept liability for delivery difficulties caused by third party couriers.

Should goods not be available for delivery as advertised, customers will be contacted by email & offered the option of waiting for re-stock, choosing an alternative product or cancelling the initial order & receiving a full refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Faulty or goods damaged in transit will be either replaced or refunded once the goods, in their original packaging, have been returned to the appropriate supplied address, inspected & confirmed to be defective.

Customers must notify Max-Moto by e-mail at within 14 days of receipt of goods quoting; customer name & address, order number & detailed description of fault or damage (attach photos if necessary).

Customers will be contacted via e-mail giving instructions on where to return defective goods.

Please be aware customers are required to arrange returns at their own expense.

Once goods have been received & the fault validated; customers will be offered a replacement or a full refund within 14 days including any return costs incurred.

Please note: customers are fully responsible & liable for goods until supplier has received goods at return address given.

For your protection, insurance & recipient signature is strongly recommended as proof of sending is not proof of receipt of goods.

The definition of faulty or damaged goods does not mean goods that are defective due to: fair wear & tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, used otherwise than in accordance with their intended use, failure to follow the manufacturer'sinstructions, or any alteration, modification or repair carried out.

Unwanted Goods

(‘cooling off period’)

Customers are entitled to cancel an order & return goods at any time up until 14 days after the receipt of goods. Customers are not entitled to cancel or return unwanted goods defined as ‘bespoke ‘or ‘special order.’

Collected goods are exempt from distance selling regulations as customer has the opportunity to inspect goods prior to acceptance.

Order cancellation must be made by the customer via email at quoting customer name & address, order number, reason for return (optional) & confirmation that goods for return meet return criteria outlined below.

Customers will be contacted via e-mail giving instructions on where to return unwanted goods (please do not return direct to Max-Moto until notified of correct return address).

Customers are responsible for the arrangement & cost of returning unwanted goods. 

Return Criteria 

Defective, damaged or unwanted returned goods must be; unused, complete, unassembled, in original intact packaging with tags & suitable for re-sale (if appropriate).

Once returned goods have been received & inspected & it is agreed the returned goods comply with these conditions the customer will be offered the choice of a replacement, an alternative product or a full refund.
